COVID-19 Update


In our best effort to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our team and community, we will be temporarily closing the office until May 26th. Of course, that date is subject to change given the circumstances. Dr. Cary and Dr. Jonathan will make themselves available in the event of a dental emergency. While dental emergencies are considered subjective, things that are not subjective are pain and swelling- so if you are experiencing that, please let us know ASAP. If you are unsure if you need to be seen, please contact our office at 215-886-8866 for instructions to speak to one of the doctors who can help triage your situation. We are also available for video consults via the Dentulu App. While the temporary closing of our office is inconvenient and frustrating, our ultimate goal is the safety of our patients, team and community. Financial Options/Insurance


General Overview

We know you value your health so we have a number of ways you are able to pay for treatment and if necessary finance it.  We participate in a significant number of insurance networks, but we will also submit any of your treatment to your insurance company even if you are out of network.  We do this as a courtesy to you, so that you don’t have to worry about doing it. Below we will list the networks we are “In- Network” with. 

If you do not have dental benefits, we don’t want this to be a reason you can’t proceed with your treatment.  Proactive and preventative dentistry is always less expensive than waiting for something to hurt or waiting to have dental benefits.  In order to aid in paying for treatment, we created a LOYALTY SAVINGS PLAN.  This is not dental insurance, rather a discount plan that helps to keep treatment affordable.  So, if you or someone you know does care, encourage them to look at this option as well. We offer both Adult and Children’s plans.

If you have larger treatment to accomplish, we also offer the ability to finance your treatment over time.  We know that Rome wasn’t built in a day, and sometimes it can’t be paid off in a day either. So, we work with GreenSky Consumer Financing to allow you to make convenient monthly payments.  Often, there will be little to no interest paid depending on the option you chose. We have a link attached below that will connect you with GreenSky. If you prefer to make monthly payments- we are able to accommodate many requests- but we will need to sit down with you to discuss payment options.  We want to make this as easy as possible for you!

What options do I have for paying my bill?

We have worked diligently to offer as many ways as possible for you to pay your bills. We prefer that treatment is paid for at the time of service, just like it works anywhere else.  However, if you need to take care of outstanding balances we have a few ways for you to do so.

1- Pay in person. Our administrators would be happy to do this for you at the office. Although you can also call and we can process payment over the phone. We accept personal checks, cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2- Check.  Checks can be addressed to “Limberakis Family Dentistry” and sent to our mailing address:

3- Pay online through our payment portal.  This is available both on our homepage and on this page as well.  Just click the link and it will bring you to that page. (Adding Mid-June 2020)

4- Pay by TextWe recently added the ability to pay your bill through text message.  After your appointment a text will be sent to your phone that will allow you to pay for treatment on the same day! The text will contain a link that has your personal balance! (Adding Mid-June 2020)

5- Pay by Email.  The same process works like text message, only this time through email.  If this is an option you would like, please make sure you have an accurate email address on file that you check routinely. (Adding Mid-June 2020)

6- Pay by App We work with a company called Modento that allows you to pay your bill through the Modento app. The app is customized for our office.  Paying through the app also helps you collect loyalty points which will help you earn rewards like bleaching kits! (Adding Mid-June 2020)

What networks do we participate in?

Please remember that dental insurance companies have a number of different plans within their model  Even if your specific company is listed, it is best to verify with our office that we participate with a specific plan for that particular company.  We do not participate in every plan every company offers.  While we can assist, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your particular plan details. If you have a change in your insurance, it is your responsibility to inform us and bring in proof of insurance before your appointment. We do not participate with any HMO.

Loyalty Savings Plan

In order to help accommodate patients who value their health but do not have dental benefits, we created a loyalty savings plan.  This plan allows for each individual to get their needed preventative care as well as treatment recommended by the doctors.  Each plan is for an individual, however, there are both adult and children’s plans.  This is an annual plan that must be renewed each year.  The Child Health Plan is $299 per child and the Adult Health Plan is $450.  Fees must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.  The patient is responsible for making sure they utilize and schedule their benefits/cleanings.

Both plans include: (2) cleanings, any radiographs (X-rays) needed, (2) exams, (2) fluoride treatments, any emergency exams, and photographs.

20% Off Any treatment (Other than Invisalign)

The plans are only eligible for treatment completed at our office and cannot be combined with a specialists office.  This cannot be combined with any 3rd party company (CareCredit or GreenSky) and patients cannot carry a balance before signing up.
